I’m a qualitative empirical researcher, scholar of digital infrastructure, and health policy analyst. My main interests are in sexual and gender minority health, community engagement, health information technology, and the management of HIV/AIDS by public health institutions.

I received my PhD in American Culture with a certificate in Science, Technology, and Society (STS) from the University of Michigan in 2019.
